What are the requirements to register?
You may find all the information in article 1 of the regulations for each distance.
What are the requirements to be considered elite runner?
You may find all the information in article 13 of the regulations for each distance.
How can I check if my registration has been completed?
If you have registered for SUP100K, for example, you can click on “check your registration 100K” in “HOME” or in the ULTRA section on the web.
Once there, enter your name and surname and click on “SEARCH”.
If you appear on the list, it means that your registration has been completed.
If you don’t appear on the list, most probably is due to misspelling of your name or surname in the search or during the registration. In this case, you may try to simplify the search by using only your name (if it’s not very common) or your family name if it’s less common.

Where and when can I pick up my race bib?
Race bibs for the ULTRA, MARATÓ, MITJA, and JUNIOR categories can only be collected at the following locations and times:
- Salomon Store in Barcelona (Rambla Catalunya, 54): During the month of September. It will be necessary to make a reservation for the date and time of collection. To make a reservation, the organization will send an email to all runners with a link to reserve online.
- Bagà’s Sports Hall: Friday, October 4, between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
IMPORTANT: RACE BIBS WILL NOT BE COLLECTED ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5, OR SUNDAY, OCTOBER 6, BEFORE THE RACE.
Race bibs for the NIT category can only be collected at the following locations and times:
- Salomon Store in Barcelona (Rambla Catalunya, 54): During the month of September. It will be necessary to make a reservation for the date and time of collection. To make a reservation, the organization will send an email to all runners with a link to reserve online.
- ‘Self Service’ at the La Molina Ski Resort: Friday, October 4, between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Race bibs for the XS category can be collected one and a half hours before the race at the location specified in the program on the website and in the regulations of each race.
Can I collect my bib in Bagà on the day of the race?
NO, bib numbers will NOT be delivered in Bagà on Saturday or Sunday
What documentation do I need to pick up the race bib?
1. ID/PASSPORT
2. Informed Consent document printed and signed by the race bib owner. The Informed Consent document may be downloaded from the web www.ultrapirineu.com.
3. Accidents insurance card (private or federate) indicated during registration. Participants who purchased the insurance from the Organization during registration are exempt.
Can someone else collect my race bib for me?
If the race bib owner cannot collect the race bib in person at the places, times and dates indicated in the program of the event, they may designate a person to collect it in their name. This person must attend the race bib collection with photocopies of the documents described in the previous section. The Informed Consent document must be completed and signed by the race bib owner.
Can I transfer my number to another person or save it for another edition?
NO, each race bib is personal and non-transferable and only allows the participation in the 2023 edition of Salomon Ultra Pirineu.
Will I get my money back if I cancel my registration?
To cancel your registration you must request it by email to registration@ultrapirineu.com
WITHOUT CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
All participants WITHOUT cancellation guarantee have the right to a refund of 100% until May 31. In that case only the management expenses / bank commissions will be charged.
From that date, the % of return will decrease month by month untill August 23 which is the last day for cancellations and refunds.
WITH CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
All participants WITH cancellation Guarantee have the right to a refund of 100% until August 23.
From August 24, cancellations and refunds are no longer allowed.
