Salomon Marató Pirineu 43K® 2026

Due to the forecast of a high risk of thunderstorms on Saturday afternoon, the Salomon Ultra Pirineu organisers have decided to activate the bad-weather contingency plan.

The start will be at 8.00 h, one hour earlier than originally scheduled.

The final section of the route will be modified to improve participant flow and prevent congestion with Ultra runners. From the Sant Jordi mountain hut (km 31), runners will descend to Coll d’Escriu and continue towards Gréixer, where there will be an aid station. From there, they will continue to the finish in Bagà.

The Marató will retain a similar distance and elevation profile.
