WEATHER FORECAST

Last update: Wednesday, September 30 at 20:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time)

This is the weather forecast for the Salomon Ultra Pirineu for October 2, 3, and 4:

The final stretch of this week will once again be marked by showers and cooler weather in the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park.

Rainfall will return on Friday, especially during the afternoon and evening. However, it looks like this will be a relatively light spell of rain, with no thunderstorms expected. That said, fog could be the main feature at higher elevations (Niu de l’Àliga refuge).

The weekend is also expected to be unsettled, with a risk of further showers at any time, but with a higher likelihood and greater intensity during Saturday afternoon and evening and into the early hours of Sunday. There is a possibility of heavier rain accompanied by thunderstorms on Saturday evening and overnight.

IMPORTANT: Fog will be a prominent feature for much of the weekend at higher elevations in the Cadí-Moixeró, especially above 2,000 metres.
