CANCELLATION POLICY
All runners can cancel for a justified reason with the right to a 100% refund (minus bank and management fees) of the registration fee until May 31st. The bank and management fees are as follows: €12 (Ultra), €8 (Marató), €6 (Mitja), and €3 (KV). A justified reason includes all medical causes (or similar severity) that prevent the participant from attending the race.
From June 1st, the percentage of the registration fee refund will be reduced according to the table below.
FROM AUGUST 23TH, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, EVEN IF THE CANCELLATION GUARANTEE WAS PURCHASED.
To cancel, you must send an email to registration@ultrapirineu.com requesting the cancellation, attaching a signed medical certificate confirming the contraindication to participate, or (if the cause is not medical) the corresponding official/legal documentation.
*With CANCELLATION GUARANTEE (Ultra: €30 / Marató: €15 / Mitja: €8 / KV: €6): Participants who wish to do so can opt to pay the corresponding supplement during registration for the cancellation guarantee of each distance to get a 100% refund of the registration fee in case of cancellation until August 22rd.
